
Attorney Rogers is a native of Clyde, North Carolina. He graduated as Valedictorian of the Pisgah High School Class of 1998 and earned his B.A. and J.D. from Wake Forest University. After graduation in 2005, Mr. Rogers was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar, returned to Haywood County, and began his practice at Brown & Patten, P.A.
Caleb’s practice focuses primarily in three areas: Real Property, Criminal, and Elder Law. Mr. Rogers has conducted hundreds of real estate transactions representing both buyers and sellers. While a student at WFU School of Law, he participated in the Elder Law Clinic where he began honing his knowledge in representing the legal needs of the elder population. Caleb is up to date on all of the many changes to Medicaid in North Carolina, particularly following the implementation of D.R.A. Finally, Mr. Rogers criminal practice includes representation of those charged with misdemeanors, felonies, DWI’s and other traffic offenses.
While the practice of law is important to Caleb, he also places great emphasis on family. Caleb’s wife, Angie, (see biographies) is the second partner in the firm. They feel blessed with their gift of a daughters, Gabriella, born in February 2009 and Emmalyn, born in August 2011. Together they enjoy spending time with extended family and friends, watching college sports and staying involved in their local church. Caleb is the President of the Haywood County Bar Association, a member of the 30th District Bar Website Committee, and served five years on the Board of Directors for the Haywood County Chapter of the American Red Cross and as chairman from 2009 - 2011.
